Author Guidelines & Manuscript Template

Authors who intend to submit their manuscripts to partner journals in collaboration with InCITE-ICOEMIS 2026 are required to select a target journal and prepare their conference papers in accordance with the formatting guidelines of the selected journal. Authors intending to publish their papers in the InCITE-ICOEMIS 2026 Proceedings must prepare their manuscripts using the InCITE-ICOEMIS 2026 Proceedings template. All manuscripts must be submitted via the EasyChair submission system.

The InCITE-ICOEMIS 2026 Organizing Committee has formally coordinated with the partner journals, and the publication of accepted papers will be carried out in accordance with the agreements established between InCITE-ICOEMIS 2026 and the respective journals.

Author Guidelines for EasyChair

Authors may refer to the following video for a
detailed guide on paper submission via EasyChair or from the following link.

The paper submission procedure through EasyChair is outlined as follows:

  1. Access the EasyChair Call for Papers (CfP) page via the following link: https://easychair.org/cfp/InCITE_2026.

  1. Click the submission link. You will be redirected to the EasyChair system and prompted to log in using your EasyChair username and password.


  1. Log in to your EasyChair account. Authors who do not yet have an account will be guided to the EasyChair dashboard to proceed with the submission process

  1. Select Make a New Submission to open the submission form.


Complete all required author information. For papers with multiple authors, please provide the corresponding details for each co-author.

  1. Enter the abstract and keywords in accordance with the paper’s topic. Please follow the order shown in the submission interface.

Keywords should be entered in a vertical list, with one keyword per line.

  1. Finally, authors will be asked to select their preferred publication outlet.
