Registration Fee Policy
- All accepted papers are subject to registration costs, and subsequent papers in which the author is also the initial author are subject to an additional charge of 60% of the regular price.
- Each accepted paper must have a minimum of one author present the paper during the conference.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded, and papers that are accepted but not presented at the conference will not be included in the conference’s official proceedings.
- Full payment must be made at the time of registration, and the registrant is responsible for any bank fees associated with transfer fees.
