The 5th International Conference on Informatics, Technology, and Engineering (InCITE 2026), held in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Engineering and Management in Industrial Systems (ICOEMIS 2026), is an international forum organized by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Surabaya (UBAYA), and the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Indonesia.
Building on the success of previous InCITE and ICOEMIS events, the 2026 edition carries the theme:
“Strengthening Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to Accelerate Human Capital Development and Economic Growth”
In response to global environmental challenges, engineering and digital technologies play an increasingly vital role in promoting sustainable development, clean energy, and environmentally responsible industrial practices. This joint conference aims to explore the intersection of engineering innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability, fostering resilient economic growth and contributing to a greener future.
Bringing together researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders, the conference provides a dynamic platform for sharing cutting-edge solutions, technologies, and frameworks that address pressing environmental issues, optimize energy use, and enhance sustainability across diverse sectors.
The event welcomes interdisciplinary approaches that emphasize the role of engineering and digital innovation in accelerating progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
